Brent Schmid Returns For Year Two

Oakland County Football Club is pleased to announce the return of Midfielder/Defender Brent Schmid.

Last season, Schmid started in 9 of the 14 matches he appeared in while shifting in between midfield and defense throughout the 2016 campaign.

A Shelby Township, MI native, Brent played collegiately at Northwood University where he made 51 appearances (32 starts) and added 2 goals and 5 assists from 2010-2014.

Brent becomes the eighteenth signing for OCFC this season.

Brent was as solid as could be last season. He’s our utility man. A true team player. – Coach Morana.

Oakland County FC kicks off the season against AFC Ann Arbor on Sunday, April 30th in a pre-season friendly at Saline High School before hosting Ole Soccer Club (Grand Rapids, MI) for the Premier League of America home opener on Saturday, May 6th at Royal Oak High School.
