Beshara Returns For Second Season

Oakland County Football Club today announced the return of Midfielder and fan favorite, Joe Beshara for the 2017 season. Beshara joins Shawn Sloan as the second signing for the Purple and Gold.

Last season, Joe started in all but one match while recording 4 goals and 3 assists.

Prior to 2016, the native of Troy, MI played collegiately at Ohio Wesleyan University and Rochester College (MI). While at Rochester, Joe was named First Team All-American during his Junior season and scored a team-high 18 goals and tallied 9 assists during his Senior campaign.

Oakland County FC kicks off the season against AFC Ann Arbor on Sunday, April 30th in a pre-season friendly at Saline High School before hosting Ole Soccer Club (Grand Rapids, MI) for the Premier League of America home opener on Saturday, May 6th at Royal Oak High School.
